The Ludington Estate
The Ludington Estate is comprised of two properties: the chateau and the cottage. Depending on availability, each property can be rented together or separately. The properties are close enough together that they could be used for a large family gathering, but far enough apart that guests have full privacy. There are separate driveways for both properties, ensuring enough parking for all guests.
While the Estate is secluded on 10 acres of woods, its central location is close to all the classic Ludington attractions. The dunes of Lake Michigan are just a short bike ride from the Estate, while Ludington State Park, Hamlin Lake and Downtown just a short drive away.
